Returns & Exchanges Policy
At Ezz Silver, we are committed to ensuring your complete satisfaction with our Italian 925 silver products.
Customers may request a return or exchange within 4 days of receiving their order, provided the product is unused, in its original condition, and includes all original packaging and accessories such as the warranty certificate, box, and tags.
Personalized or custom-made items (including engraved products or items made to specific measurements) are not eligible for return or exchange unless there is a verified manufacturing defect.
To request a return or exchange, please contact us with your order number and reason for the request.
In case of a defect or order error, a product opening video must be sent within 48 hours of receiving the order.
If the issue is due to a manufacturing defect or store error, Ezz Silver covers all shipping costs.
If the return is due to a change of mind, the customer bears the shipping costs.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after the returned product is received and inspected.
For orders shipped with free delivery, shipping fees will be deducted from the refunded amount.
The store reserves the right to reject any return or exchange request that does not meet the above conditions.
